Terms and Conditions
All damaged deliveries or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
For all standard items a period of 6 months from the date of the invoice shall apply.
If you have an item you wish to return please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) who will issue you a return form.
This will need to be included with the item you want to return.
In the unlikely event that your new purchase is faulty then please contact us immediately (email@example.com) to discuss your problem and to ask for a return form.
At our discression, a replacement product will be dispatched to you, although this WILL NOT happen until the originally purchased goods are returned and are confirmed to be faulty by Tactical & Adventure STORE.
No refunds will be given on any product that has been damaged by neglegence, carelessness or misuse.
Unwanted products must be returned to us within 14 days and must be 'AS NEW',un-opened, un-used and in the original, undamaged packaging missing no items from the packaging.
Return postage is at the buyers expense, unless item found to be faultly/mistake.
We supply a 14 day money back guarantee on unused, sealed and goods in a new resealable condition with all manuals and accessories.
The guarantee does not cover for used, accidental and deliberate damage, tampering with the item or improper use.
The item needs to be complete when returning including all accessories, original box and manuals.
If the item becomes faulty within 30 days of purchase, please notify us first by email and return to us at your own expense, including all accessories, original box and manuals.
Once the item has been received by us, it will be thoroughly inspected for the above misuse and if a manufacturing fault is found, the item will be repaired or replaced, in the event we are out of stock of the item a refund will be offered.
We can not refund any unwanted item(s) that are returned to us in used condition, broken without original box, manuals and accessories.
You as the customer are responsible for return postage costs.
How do I get my TA product repaired/replaced under its warranty?:
If a product proves faulty within 6 months from the date of purchase due to a manufacturing defect you should contact us immediately.
We will then identify the problem and if necessary have the problem resolved under the terms of our guarantee.
All valid repairs are free of charge for both parts and labour subject to the following conditions:
Conditions of the Warranty:
Original receipt required as proof of purchase. No products will be worked on under these terms without original proof of purchase.
The Tactical & Adventure STORE warranty does not include any the following:
- Any transportation costs incurred in transporting the item back to us for repair.
- Any breakages as a result of accidental/neglegent damage.
- Any routine maintenance required
- Any faults arising from misuse
- Any faults arising from any repairs not previously carried out by Tactical Kit.
Your Tactical & Adventure warranty is also invalidated if:
The product has been altered or adjusted in any way from its original format (unless carried out by us)
Any repairs or maintenance to the item(s) have been carried out by any non Tactical & Adventure Store personnel.
Tactical & Adventure STORE may change the terms and conditions of our warranty from time to time.
Dutch law governs these conditions of use and any dispute connected with this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
